A quick inquiry on chat gpt or Google should give a detailed description. The house edge with lucky ladies on a 4 deck shoe give the house edge of around 25% which is great for the house. Luckyladies + dealer blackjack is the highest payout at 1000:1. Once the initial blackjack hands are dealt, the 21+3 side bet outcome is determined based on the three-card combination created by the player's two cards and the dealer's up-card.
