Since I can't express myself in-game chat and ask mods what's going on I'm force to do so here. Not to sure why when I gave a tip to someone that instantly my account was blocked and forced into tier 4 kyc which I was pretty certain I had done already but it's now been over 2 hours since I was blocked access and still not a reply from support and no reason given to me as to why I got blocked in the first place. KYC failed my face verification photo but I used my webcam in real time so I don't see how that could be edited or cropped in anyway by me and now Im stuck. Not the best way to treat a regular player in my opinion not even an explanation. where oh where has the support staff gone , oh where oh where could they be?
